We’re Bee & Silver, the designers behind Bitter Sage Designs. Two creatives, a lot of books, and probably far too many open Photoshop tabs.

We create book covers for indie authors, publishers and book boxes, from contemporary romance and dark romance to fantasy, special editions and everything in between. Whether it’s one cover or an entire series, we’re big on the little details that make a design feel right for the story.

Bitter Sage is about more than making something pretty. We want your cover to feel like your book — something that captures its world, fits your author brand and makes you ridiculously excited to finally show it off.

Between the two of us, we work across custom covers, series design, special editions, sprayed edges, dust jackets and all the extras that bring a book together.
